The Magic City Philharmonic Pops Orchestra was formed with an unusual thought in mind. The orchestra's conductor; Robin Netscher came upon the idea one day when he was rehearsing The Delray Beach Philharmonic Pops Orchestra. Robin's thought was; "Why not make the orchestra available for special events such as large banquets, city celebrations, trade shows or conventions?" Thus; "The Magic City Philharmonic Pops Orchestra" was formed.

Picture this: You're in charge of planning your corporate convention. Your company may not be as large as General Motors, but the highlight of the convention will be a banquet dinner with hundreds of guests; guests that include all the top executives and it's up to you to contract the entertainment. Can you afford anything less than sensationally impressive entertainment? This is when you contact Robin ...

As well as listening and answering all your questions, Robin will ask you questions that will help mold his organization to the perfect match for your needs. One of your first discussions may be to name the orchestra! That's right ... What name would you like for your orchestra? Your company is called "ABC General." Robin suggests, "The ABC General Pops Orchestra." Now you realize your plans have just gone up another notch! You're thinking how impressive your invitations and programs for the evening will be with the entertainment listed as "The ABC General Pops Orchestra."    

Robin will then go on to explain how to make your evening unforgettable. Perhaps you'd like to start the evening with some cocktail music provided by his fine piano trio. After cocktail hour, when your guests have been seated, it's time for the full orchestra!

After dinner, Robin and the orchestra can present an entire concert for your guests! The program can include light classical music along with Broadway tunes and contemporary hits - all with a sprinkling of humor and class. Since the orchestra repertoire includes many of Robin's special arrangements the possibilities are endless.

The full orchestra is available for any type of engagement. However ... Let's just say you already have access to your own orchestra. Robin can bring his charts, along with his key personal (rhythm section and soloists) and perform with your orchestra!
